This ECOS Green Report showcases seven recent and ongoing state Sustainable Materials Management (SMM) initiatives and highlights their environmental and economic benefits. Covered topics include reuse of dredged material in Mississippi, universal recycling implementation in Vermont, food waste reduction in Washington, electronics recycling in Indiana, beneficial use of coal ash in Pennsylvania, materials exchange in Iowa, and recycling market development in Texas.
